INDIVIDUAL Personal Training

Get the one-one-one attention you deserve with our individual personal training program. We offer specialized programs to make sure you get the best results. If you have struggled to achieve your fitness goals, this is the program for you!

PHASE 1 - ASSESSMENT

We do a full assessment of your health history, current level of fitness, and future fitness aspiration. We like to make this process comfortable for you, which is why measurements are optional. 

PHASE 2 - PLANNING

Depending on the information gathered from Phase 1, we layout the details of your personalized fitness program. Each program usually lasts 3-6 months with and is broken down in phases. We go over all the exercises and weekly workouts and make sure goals are SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Results-Oriented, and Time-based)

PHASE 3 - IMPLEMENTATION AND MONITORING

This is when we take your plan to action! You will carry out the workout routines, while we make sure your making progress along the way.

PHASE 4- COMPLETION AND EVALUATION

When all the workouts and plans are carried out from Phase 3, we go over the goals established in Phase 2 and compare that to the the results in this phase. In this phase, we re-assess your current level of fitness and make any recommendations or changes. We hope at this phase that you are able to develop your own training programs for the long-term and continue your new healthy lifestyle change!
